Coinciding with an auspicious Zakar, the Department extends warm welcome to Mr. Dorji Rinchen, who joined as Offtg. Chief of Census Services Division. His experience as the Dy. Chief Civil Registration and Census Officer in Trashigang Dzongkhag will likely bring valuable insights to his new role.
The Department also welcomed four Civil Registration Assistant for Mongar, Trashigang, Tsirang and Zhemgang Dzongkhag. Their onboarding program, scheduled for the 3rd and 4th of 2024, covering the department’s visions, missions, mandates, functions, and civil service regulations, will likely equip them well for their roles.
Furthermore, Mr. Lam Rinzin’s well-deserved promotion and the gesture of offering Tashi Khadhar by the Director on behalf of all officials signifies acknowledgment and appreciation for his contributions.
