This is to inform that the biometric data collection service for National Digital Identity (NDI) is available in all Dzongkhag/Thromde Civil Registration and Census Offices, as well as at the Department.
Therefore, we kindly request citizens and Special Residence Card holders aged eight years and above to visit the nearest Civil Registration and Census Office during office hours to avail the service.
