The Department of Civil Registration and Census (DCRC) would like to inform the general public that Household Information (Family Tree) will not be issued through email. Members of the public are kindly requested to refrain from submitting such requests via email.
Requests received through email do not provide a reliable means of verifying the identity of the applicant. This poses a risk of household information being disclosed to unauthorized individuals, potentially compromising the privacy and security of personal and family information.
Members of the public are therefore requested to access and download their Household Information through the designated online service.
