The Department would like to inform the general public that the birth and death registration through Integrated Citizen Services (ICS) system is currently available for the above five Dzongkhags. Since the initial Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials used for ICS services has already been replaced by Bhutan NDI App, individuals are requested to register with Bhutan NDI App, which will serve as the gateway for all online services.
This new system allows individuals to avail Birth and Death registration services through the ICS system without the need to visit Gewog or Census Offices. Since ICS System is being implemented in a phased manner and now live in above five Dzongkhags, the Department will provide further notifications for the rest of the Dzongkhags in due course of time.
