This is to notify all concerned that the Department of Civil Registration & Census shall issue relationship certificate in hard copy commencing from April 6, 2022. This is due to the complexity in establishing relations in absence of applicants and limited information provided in the application thereby delaying the issuance of certificate. However, to reduce waiting time and prevent spread of COVID, you are required to seek prior appointment through the link available in the Google Application Forms to avail this service.
The online appointment shall be open from 8 PM today for April 6, 2022.
The Household Information (family tree) and the Nationality Certificate shall delivered through current method (email).
