The Department of Civil Registration and Census has initiated “DCRC Friday Forum” for the employees working in the civil registration and census offices. The forum was launched by the Director.
The forum is one of the platforms to exchange ideas and views of the employees through orientation and institutional capacity building program.
The objectives of the forum are to foster shared goals, promote institutional learning, improve competency and enhance team building. The program will be organized every fortnightly on Friday afternoon. The Department will choose relevant topics and arrange facilitators. The first DCRC Friday Forum was conducted on 12th August 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The employees from headquarter attended the session in the Mini Conference Hall while the employees of Dzongkhag and Thromde civil registration and census offices joined the session virtually
