The DCRC held a simple Khadhar ceremony for the new Director of Department of Civil Registration and Census (DCRC), Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs on 3 rd August, 2022. Prior to the current appointment as Director, Mr. Thinley Wangchuk served as the Chief Civil Registration and Census Officer of Population Census Division at the same department.
The DCRC fraternity wishes him the very best for his new responsibility.
