The Department of Civil Registration and Census welcomed four newly appointed Civil Registration Assistants (CRAs) on 2 February 2026. The new recruits were received by the Officiating Director.
Of the four CRAs, two will be stationed at the Department Headquarters, while the remaining two will be posted to the Civil Registration and Census Offices in Sarpang and Lhuentse Dzongkhags.
All new CRAs will undergo a one-month onboarding programme, which includes a one-day orientation session followed by hands-on training at the service counters to ensure they are well prepared to deliver efficient and quality public services.
The Department wishes the new Civil Registration Assistants every success in their new roles and looks forward to their positive contribution to the effective delivery of civil registration and census services.
