On the auspicious day of 17th February 2025, His Excellency the Home Minister graciously conferred Dhar to appoint Mr. Dorji Rinchen as the Senior Dzongrab of Trashigang Dzongkhag. Receiving such a sacred honor on a day of profound significance marks a truly blessed and momentous beginning to his new responsibility.
During his tenure as the Chief of the Citizen Services Division, Mr. Dorji Rinchen exemplified outstanding leadership, guided by integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to public service. Under his stewardship, the Division strengthened its service delivery standards, enhanced coordination and teamwork, and ensured that citizens received timely and efficient services. His proactive initiatives in streamlining processes and promoting accountability significantly improved operational effectiveness and reinforced public trust.
He consistently upheld a people-centered leadership approach, fostering teamwork, capacity building, and innovation within the Division. Through his mentorship and guidance, staff members were empowered to perform their duties with greater confidence and dedication, creating a positive and results-oriented work environment.
