The Department of Civil Registration and Census is pleased to extend its sincere congratulations to Mr. Dorji Rinchen on his appointment as the Chief of the Census Services Division, following his selection through an open competitive process.
To commemorate this significant occasion, a Trashi Khadhar ceremony was held on 11th July 2025, graciously led by His Excellency Nangsid Lyonpo, Hon’ble Chief Election Commissioner, along with the Hon’ble Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Heads of Departments, and officials from various agencies. The presence of numerous well-wishers reflects the deep respect and confidence Mr. Dorji Rinchen has earned through his exemplary dedication and service to the nation.
